A state traffic tribunal’s business processes were disjointed and in need of improvement

Challenge:

A state traffic tribunal’s business processes were disjointed and in need of improvement. They envisioned a centralized, paperless traffic court system with a capture component, a web interface for tickets and supporting documentation, and e-processing.

Solution:

Fairfax developed a capture solution for imaging traffic tickets and supporting documentation that funneled into the tribunal’s Case Management System. Fairfax implemented electronic forms and e-processes to optimize data entry. A newly-deployed web interface allows users to pay tickets and execute related processes.

Outcome:

Consolidated documents into the tribunal’s case management system. Implemented a web interface that decreased workload by enabling external users to execute business processes. Streamlined data entry processes. Safeguarded transparency with a capture component that images all documentation.
