CEO Of Fairfax, David Suess, Delivers Heartfelt Speech at NASDAQ
A few weeks ago, David Suess, CEO and Chief Architect at Fairfax Data Systems, Inc. made a brief trip to New York City to give a speech at the NASDAQ, National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations, stock exchange. There, he delivered a heartfelt speech about his experience during 9/11 and how his son saved his life. He then went into detail of how he was contracted out to set up a system following the attacks to help file and scan death certificates. He said it was a grueling process, having to scan in photos and evidence of victims of the attacks. It also did not help that David knew many people who died in the attacks on that awful day.
Following his speech, he met with other business leaders to discuss the technology that he uses to help other business leaders and municipalities. He also was able to promote his upcoming book, ‘The Power of Process”, which should be hitting book shelves at retailers by the end of July. Overall, even though it was a difficult speech for David to get through, he still reflects on the impact he made assisting the victims families through the years following the attacks. “It’s the human factor,” David claimed in his speech “That’s why we do what we do. We help make lives easier”.
