Security firm's ECM can't keep up the pace

Challenge:

A security firm’s legacy ECM solution could not keep pace with evolving government and private sector standards.

Fairfax migrated millions of documents from their existing Content Services repository to P8 using a proprietary tool to automatically identify and redact forms while preserving non-redacted documents for authorized users.

Outcome:

Significantly improved conformity with industry regulations. Affords end users quick access to documents while protecting sensitive information without degrading system functionality.
